Sharvaya Metals IPO is offering its shares to the public for the first time through an IPO on the stock exchanges BSE SME. The total amount they aim to raise is 30,00,000 shares (aggregating up to ₹58.80 Cr). Out of this 28,50,000 shares (aggregating up to ₹55.86 Cr) will be through new shares, and 5,00,000 shares of ₹10 (aggregating up to ₹9.80 Cr) through existing shares.
