Meta Infotech IPO is offering its shares to the public for the first time through an IPO on the stock exchanges BSE SME. The total amount they aim to raise is 49,80,000 shares (aggregating up to ₹80.18 Cr). Out of this 47,28,000 shares (aggregating up to ₹76.12 Cr) will be through new shares, and 37,35,000 shares of ₹10 (aggregating up to ₹60.13 Cr) through existing shares. The IPO is open for subscription from 4 July, 2025 to 8 July, 2025. Each share has a face value of Rs 10, and investors can apply for shares at a price between ₹153 to ₹161 per share.
